這是一個可以轉換 Bookmarks/ 我的最愛的程式. 由於現在網路上
多樣的瀏覽器, 各種瀏覽器都有其書籤管理的工具, 但是在某些情
況下, 他們並不能做到統一性的書籤整理. 目前幾樣眾所皆知的瀏
覽器書籤格式有 IE 的我的最愛 (Favorites), Mozilla/Firefox 的書
籤 (Bookmarks), 與 Opera 的 Hotlist. 此工具允許使用者建立一資
料庫, 將各種書籤格式導入, 加以整理, 並且擁有自動偵測重覆書
籤的功能, 且提供使用者將資料庫輸出成 Firefox/IE/Opera 的書
籤格式, 達成書籤的統一化.

此工具是使用 JAVA2 1.4 版的API寫成, 所以必需擁有 Java Runtime
Enviroments (JRE) 才能執行.
